What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of demonstrated experience in quote-to-cash operations, commercial deal desk, sales operations, financial analysis, or a relevant commercial support function, Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, Professional proficiency in Japanese and business English are required, analytical background with high attention to detail, Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, relationship-building skills, Proficiency in using CRM and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms, Proficiency in using AI-powered tools

Nice to Have

Experience supporting a high-velocity Commercial or SMB (Small and Medium Business) sales segment within the SaaS/Software industry, Prior experience utilizing Salesforce CPQ or similar enterprise quoting platforms, Fluency in Korean or Mandarin

Team & Collaboration

Partner in an advisor capacity to Commercial Sales Leadership, account managers, and internal stakeholders; Work autonomously with account teams; Partner with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations departments

Communication Scope

Highly effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain commercial policies and quote compliance parameters clearly to sales teams; Confidently articulate the Deal Desk's perspective, policy constraints, and rationale
