This role focuses on operational deal execution, supporting sales with accurate quotes, and maintaining strong governance standards. The Analyst is responsible for day-to-day quote execution, standard exceptions, and operational excellence across assigned regions. ## # _**Key Responsibilities**_ ## * **Quote Execution & Support** * Provide regional quote creation and modification aligned with established pricing rules, discount policy, and approval matrix. * Manage day-to-day requests from Account Executives and Sales Operations related to quotes, product configurations, pricing, and standard contractual terms. * **Operational Compliance** * Ensure all quotes and transactions comply with company accounting policies, and internal controls. * Maintain accuracy and completeness of deal documentation. * **Exception Handling** * Process standard exceptions within set thresholds. * Escalate complex or out-of-policy requests to the appropriate approval channels. * **Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration** * Partner with Legal, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on billing, terms, and subscription changes. * Act as a first point of contact for sales regarding quoting processes, system use, and policy adherence. * **Enablement & Process Improvement** * Deliver onboarding and process training for new sales hires. * Provide feedback to Operations teams on tooling and process improvements. * Act as a triage point for system issues, logging and escalating to the appropriate support team. * Responding to RFP and manage vendor onboarding # _**Qualifications**_ * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field. *
