What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance or Sales Operations role, High emotional intelligence, Exceptional attention to detail and prioritisation skills, Ability to provide input across multiple projects and initiatives, Accountable, Resourceful, Ability to build trust and become a true business partner, Worked with GTM organisations, Experience with supporting complex contract renewals
Nice to Have
System Enhancement / Process Improvement experience, Experience in a customer-facing Deal Desk / Revenue Ops role, Experience in partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders: legal, finance, product and operations
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement customised commercial SaaS offerings
Meet the needs of HubSpot’s upmarket customers
Serve as a key point of contact for renewal contract negotiations
Create customised SaaS contractual offerings
Earn trusted advisor status to the sales team
Collaborate on pricing
Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups
Facilitate deal closures
Implement existing deal and approval processes
