The Deal Assistant plays a key role in supporting the deal-making process. The ideal candidate will have a variety of responsibilities, which will include: * Acting as gatekeeper to professionals and maintaining relationships with/act as resource for clients, investors, prospective clients and internal employees; * Managing calendars, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings with investors and clients; * Arranging travel for professionals, clients and investors, including flights, cars, hotels, and visas; * Tracking, preparing, and processing expense reconciliations, out-of-pocket reports, and invoices; * Scheduling conference rooms for internal and external meetings; coordinate supporting techno
