What They're Looking For.
Must Have
DDR interface (DDR4/4X/5 etc.) evaluation or verification practical experience, Experience in failure analysis, cause isolation, and countermeasure investigation through hands-on evaluation, margin evaluation, and stress testing, Experience organizing evaluation results and engaging in technical discussions and adjustments with design teams and stakeholders, Knowledge and evaluation experience of analog circuits and analog characteristics (DDR PHY, PLL, jitter, noise, SI/PI, power quality, etc.), Ability to technically collaborate and adjust with design bases in India and Vietnam and IP vendors in English, Japanese: Communication level
Nice to Have
Evaluation lead or sub-lead experience in DDR IF, such as DDR PHY, memory controller, or board-level evaluation, Experience in measurement and analysis of DDR signal, timing, and power-related issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc., Experience with technical inquiries, issue adjustments, and evaluation result sharing with external IP vendors, Evaluation experience in automotive SoCs or products with high quality and reliability requirements, A desire to expand collaboration with design and SoC overall, centered on the evaluation domain
What You'll Do.
Technically lead DDR interface (DDR IF) evaluation for automotive SoCs (R-Car series)
Lead quality and reliability assurance of DDR interfaces through hands-on evaluation
and compliance checks against standards and guidelines
Organize evaluation specifications and policies
design evaluation items and conditions
and compile evaluation results
Drive root cause analysis and countermeasure planning in collaboration with design teams
and IP vendors when failures occur
Technically lead evaluation and design members domestically and internationally (Japan
Vietnam) to improve overall team quality through guidance on evaluation methods and judgment criteria
