Develop theories of success
Develop strategic frameworks
Champion strategic proposals
Present to Permanent Secretary
Present to Ministerial levels
Anticipate technological disruptions
Anticipate geopolitical shifts
Architect R&D programmes
Establish trusted infrastructure
Develop progressive regulations
Drive digital innovation
Enable sector transformation
Drive international collaborations
Position Singapore as hub
Establish thought leadership
Mentor and coach team
