Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Data Center Technicians to support our customers in multiple locations. This position requires the successful candidate report to a site location. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a fast-paced technology company and a leader in the world of data centers. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position may involve participation in an primary responder rotation, which includes monitoring the data center infrastructure, coordinating response to operational incidents, and partnering with other teams to rapidly resolve issues that impact service availability. Primary responder responsibilities may require evening, weekend, holiday, and/or night work to ensure our global data centers are operating at the highest levels of reliability for our customers.
