Primary responder rotation, Evening, weekend, holiday, and/or night work, Work independently and with a team, Travel within and outside regional work area, Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, Participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds, Work in an environment that operates 24/7, Provide after-hours support, 12-hour shifts, 3 Days/4 Days alternating weeks schedule, Front-Half Days and Front-Half Nights, Back-Half Days and Back-Half Nights, Work in cramped environments, Work in elevated environments, Work in noisy environments, Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day, Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely, Night shift
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting, High School or equivalent diploma, Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Nice to Have
Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, Experience in a data center or other critical environment, Associate's degree in a relevant field, Experience in a relevant field
What You'll Do.
Perform server rack installations
Perform hardware break-fix
Troubleshoot network issues
Respond to operational incidents
Escalate to senior technicians
Serve as primary contact point
Perform on-call duties
Participate in scheduled maintenance
Participate in change management activities
Contribute to documentation
Improve processes based on analysis
Help train new team members
Take ownership of technical issues
Engage other teams for resolution
Solve problems at their root
Understand broader context
Maintain service level agreements
Implement proactive issue detection
Report operational issues
