What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Nice to Have
Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional or military experience, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, Experience in a data center or other critical environment, Understanding of network design, protocols and layer 1/2 troubleshooting

Perform server rack installations

Respond to operational incidents impacting service availability
Escalate to senior technicians and management
Serve as primary contact point for internal and
