Night shift, Traveling within and outside regional work area, Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, Group lifts for 41+ pounds, Work in an environment that operates 24/7, Participate in primary responder rotation, Provide after-hours support, 12-hour shifts, 3 Days/4 Days alternating weeks schedule, Front-Half Days and Front-Half Nights, Back-Half Days and Back-Half Nights, Work in cramped environments, Work in elevated environments, Work in noisy environments, Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day, Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and gangways safely, Work independently and with a team, React quickly

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school or equivalent diploma, 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Nice to Have

Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent professional or military experience, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, Experience in a data center or other critical environment, Understanding of network design, protocols and layer 1/2 troubleshooting

What You'll Do.

Perform server rack installations

Perform hardware break-fix on various components

Troubleshoot network issues

Respond to operational incidents impacting service availability

Escalate to senior technicians and management

Serve as primary contact point for internal and
