Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Knowledge of mechanical systems, 3+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
Nice to Have
4+ years of data center engineering experience, Knowledge of BMS and EPMS control systems, Knowledge of data collection/trending
What You'll Do.
Perform preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment
Manage chilled water systems
Maintain fire safety systems
Perform generator systems maintenance
Conduct non-destructive testing
Ensure personnel safety
Comply with safety regulations
Coordinate with vendors
Facilitate technical training
Manage work order approvals
Prepare maintenance calendars
Create equipment checklists
Implement cost-saving innovations
Execute equipment maintenance
Document equipment observations
Create corrective work orders
Coordinate with EAM team
Conduct spares audits
Ensure spare parts availability
Troubleshoot facility events
Troubleshoot rack-level events
Perform rack installs
Perform rack decommissioning
Provide operational readings
Manage sub-contractors
Perform maintenance on equipment
Oversee maintenance on equipment
