Full Job Description
**Job Posting:** * **Ferguson is now hiring for an exciting opportunity as a DC Supervisor ** * **Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm - Overtime as required** * Responsible for supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant and efficient warehousing services, including storage of materials and repairs and maintenance of equipment, to achieve daily objectives as part of the established plan. * Coordinates warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution and component part support, and supports compliance tasks. * Ensures the safe and proper storage of materials within delegation of responsibility. * Provides daily supervision to a team of direct reports and delivers basic skills training, coaching and mentoring. * Schedules repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts, and assists in developing replenishment plans for equipment. * Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements * Regular and reliable attendance * Other duties as assigned - **Pay Range:** - $20.44 - $44.42 - **_Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_ _OR_ _Hourly for all other roles._** - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
