Maintain a neat, clean, and organized appearance of the city counter. Maintain effective communication between the city counter staff and store, DC, and office personnel. Research and solve any customer questions, problems, and complaints. Responsible for scheduling workload, team member work schedules, and vacations. Responsible for team member evaluations being written and delivered in a timely manner. Ensure that a high degree of safety is maintained among counter staff and route drivers. Review overage/shortage and productivity reports to set and maintain company standards.
