Oversee the day-to-day management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and co-ordinate the remedial action in the event of critical incidents. To provide supervision and direction to multi skilled Engineering Operations and teams made up of directly employed staff and appointed vendors. Ensure that all staff and vendors employed within the client’s facilities strictly adhere to client and JLL’s policies and procedures. Reports to the DC Site Lead. ## Major Responsibilities * Ensure site operations, including incident management and escalation in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures. * Plan, assign and supervise planned and reactive activities utilizing the CMMS platform. * To check on site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion. * Ensure the implementation of safe systems on site activities. * Implement regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures. * Co-ordinate meetings periodically with contractors to ensure that required standards are established and maintained, and develop corrective action plans when, or if performance falls below * Provide training
