We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Center Security Specialist (DSS) supporting our data centers across mainland Japan. In this role, you will work collaboratively with Data Center Security Managers to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of physical security procedures. You will support Data Center Security Managers in implementing security standards and operational procedures across assigned facilities while assisting in monitoring and maintaining physical security systems and controls. Your responsibilities will include helping prepare and maintain security documentation, standard operating procedures, and participating in security system testing and maintenance activities. You will contribute to the development of security awareness training materials and assist in delivering training sessions, as well as generate and analyze security metrics and incident reports to support management decision-making. Working closely with security vendors,
