Must Have
Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, Basic computer skills
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry, Familiarity with automotive parts, Advanced computer skills, Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
What You'll Do.
Unload various types of merchandise
Verify what is unloaded
Verify store manifest
Separate return merchandise
Sort and stack rebuilt core
Follow proper procedures for staging
Sort and prepare new merchandise
Maintain and rebox new merchandise
Maintain inventory and order boxes
Follow procedures for adding reboxed parts
Maintain and sort warranty merchandise
Work with vendor representatives
Maintain vendor representative files
Move merchandise and paperwork
Dispose of HazMat chemicals
Work with O’Reilly sales
Test warranty batteries
Process new and rotation batteries
Perform monthly rotations
Complete monthly battery reports
Prepare and match paperwork for RGS
Maintain RGS merchandise is packed
Keep work areas neat and clean
Maintain safety standards
Designate as trainers
Take ownership of training program
Explain specific job duties
Convey departmental or procedural changes
Perform other duties as assigned

Work with vendor representatives coordinating all paperwork; Work with O’Reilly sales regarding all demo, used, and loaner equipment
