What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Basic computer skills, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately

Nice to Have

High school diploma or equivalent (GED), Familiarity with auto parts, knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry, Working knowledge of the WMS operation systems, DC operations, Advanced computer skills, Mechanical Equipment certification, Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

What You'll Do.

Perform order adjustments (repicks)

and resolve allocation issues

Perform inventory transfers and adjustments

Print and apply location label requests

Request repair and replacement of RF and Vocollect units

Review and research various reports

Research inventory discrepancies and explains large quantity on hand adjustments

Perform all jobs functions associated with processing stray parts

Research and correct item numbers and locations

Audit outbound parcels and inbound license plates daily

Perform daily audits and reconcile all items located in damage locations

Perform all job functions associated with relabel and changeover projects

Perform slotting jobs

Maintain correct rule sets and assignments

Help maintain accurate dimensional data

Ensure the process of safe weight on beams

Perform all job functions associated with Factory Stock Adjustments

Final Sweeps and Recalls

Perform daily cycle counts of select Freon item numbers

Perform a monthly inventory of critical supply items

Cycle count each DC location at least once per trimester

Perform a Return Department Verification each quarter

Assist in maintaining ship percentage with on hand and DC shrink goals

Keep all work areas neat and clean

Maintain safety standards while operating

Identify unsafe practices and situations

Take ownership of the DC target training program

Explain specific job duties/functions to new team members

Convey departmental or procedural changes to existing team members

Perform all other duties as assigned
