What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Basic computer skills, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent (GED), Familiarity with auto parts, knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry, Working knowledge of the WMS operation systems, DC operations, Advanced computer skills, Mechanical Equipment certification, Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Ensure safe weight on beams
Process stock adjustments
Perform monthly inventory
Perform quarterly verification
Maintain ship percentage
Maintain shrink goals
Maintain safety standards
Identify unsafe practices
Complete training documentation
Convey procedural changes

Work with Slotting Task Force Leader; Designate team members as trainers; Explain job duties to new team members; Convey departmental changes to existing team members
