What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, 2+ years of electrical or mechanical experience, Knowledge of key electrical competencies and theory, Knowledge of mechanical systems (Mechanical, HVAC systems, Controls), Knowledge of BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending, A valid Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Certificate, Grade A or above, A valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card), A Construction Workers Registration Card, Understanding of critical facilities operational principles, Proficiency in computer software applications, Basic English skills
Nice to Have
5+ years of electrical or mechanical experience, Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline, A valid Registered Electrical Worker (REW) Certificate, Grade or above, Solid knowledge of mechanical systems (Mechanical, HVAC systems, Controls), Solid knowledge of BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending
