Must Have

Hands-on experience with PLC logic, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial sensors, including troubleshooting, programming, and system optimization to maintain peak operational performance., Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation, applying this knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex control system issues efficiently., Proven ability to maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, maintenance records, and change logs, while communicating technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders., problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently on technical tasks and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals., Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership of tasks and commitment to continuous improvement in automation processes.
