Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Drive the deployment and consistent application of Danaher Business System (DBS) principles across commercial operations in the region. Partner with senior leadership to identify performance gaps and define improvement strategies across growth, profitability, productivity, and customer experience. Lead cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement practices and strengthen operational discipline. Organize and facilitate Kaizen events and structured improvement initiatives aligned with policy deployment objectives. Develop and deliver DBS training programs to build capability and ensure consistent adoption across teams. Monitor commercial performance metrics and support the execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Promote best practice sharing across functions and ensure alignment with global operational standards. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or transformation roles, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree in business or related field preferred. Strong experience in commercial environments with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes. Deep expertise in lean methodologies, DBS, or similar operational excellence frameworks. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and presentation capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and geographies. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
