This position involves supervising students, enforcing school policies, and providing support as needed to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable midday break.   Key Responsibilities   Supervision: Monitor and supervise students during lunch and recess periods to ensure their safety and well-being. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve minor conflicts and behavioral issues among students in a fair and consistent manner. Safety: Ensure that students adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including maintaining appropriate behavior in designated areas. Support: Provide assistance to students as needed, including helping with opening lunch containers, ensuring they have access to necessary resources, and offering support in the event of minor accidents or injuries.
