What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of professional experience as Dayforce Analyst, 3–5 years of experience with Ceridian Dayforce or a comparable HR and Payroll platform, Experience supporting system upgrades, testing strategies, and implementation efforts, Proficiency in reporting, configuration, troubleshooting, and system administration, Experience with change management documentation, audits, and compliance requirements, Working knowledge of SQL and XML, Documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, Proven expertise in data management and quantitative analysis, Demonstrated experience with data management and report creation, Valid driver’s license required

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in computer sciences, IT, or other related fields preferred

What You'll Do.

Serve as a primary technical resource for Dayforce

Answer system questions

Provide timely resolution and communication

and other business partners

Translate business needs into system solutions

Configure system enhancements

Test system enhancements

Deploy system enhancements

Monitor Dayforce releases

Participate in the Dayforce Community

Evaluate new functionality

Recommend adoption strategies

Support system upgrades

Coordinate testing plans

Assist with implementation

Assist with change communication

Design standard reports

Develop standard reports

Maintain standard reports

Design ad hoc reports

Develop ad hoc reports

Maintain ad hoc reports

Develop data extracts

Maintain data extracts

Maintain accurate system setup

Maintain organizational data

Administer system security

Maintain role-based access controls

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

Conduct regular audits

Identify opportunities for operational efficiency

Recommend improvements to HR and Payroll processes

Perform regular audits

Perform other duties as assigned
