What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of professional experience as Dayforce Analyst, 3–5 years of experience with Ceridian Dayforce or a comparable HR and Payroll platform, Experience supporting system upgrades, testing strategies, and implementation efforts, Proficiency in reporting, configuration, troubleshooting, and system administration, Experience with change management documentation, audits, and compliance requirements, Working knowledge of SQL and XML, Documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, Proven expertise in data management and quantitative analysis, Demonstrated experience with data management and report creation, Valid driver’s license required
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s, Master’s degree in computer sciences, IT, or other related fields preferred

## Description The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves. ONLY COLORADO CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE The Dayforce/HRIS Analyst supports, maintains, and optimizes the Coalition’s Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll platform, Dayforce. This role serves as a technical partner for HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders by ensuring data integrity, system reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. The Dayforce/HRIS Analyst contributes to system configuration, testing, reporting, upgrades, and security administration while supporting organizational initiatives, workforce analytics, and grant and compliance reporting needs. ## Additional Requirement Valid
