What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years’ experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities, Prior supervisory/management experience, Computer skills for documentation, Valid Drivers License, 18 years or older, Good communication

Provide vocational supports to individuals with disabilities
Assist individuals in work skills
Assist individuals in making choices
safe work environment
Assist individuals in maintaining good health
Assure coordination and management of operations
Program implementation and continuity
Individual community involvement/integration
Individual health/nutrition
Individual finances and educational/vocational programs
Be primary role model for staff
