What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years’ experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities, Prior supervisory/management experience, Computer skills for documentation, Valid Drivers License, A successful background clearance is required, 18 years or older, Good communication is key in this role, You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members
