Must Have
1 year of experience in facilities and equipment, Ability to lift to 70lbs, Written and oral communication skills in English, Ability to coordinate, communicate with engineers, Ability to apply and provide feedback on service operation model and practices, US Citizenship is required, Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Public Trust, Must be willing to work 3rd Shift, Work from heights, Move and handle heavy objects, Speaking and hearing sufficient to converse, Cognitive skills needed to complete tasks, Ability to learn new tasks, Mental aptitude to respond appropriately in high-pressure situations, Maintain a professional emotional response, Work in confined areas
Nice to Have
Experience working at a federal facility, Approved adjudication of Public Trust or Suitability
What You'll Do.
Provide onsite 24x7/365 rotation coverage
Provide incident response
Support performing monthly maintenance on generators
Conduct work on datacenter infrastructure systems
Oversee work on datacenter infrastructure systems
Perform facilities inspections
Clean areas around electrical systems
Work with customers daily
Support in receiving IT equipment
Support removing IT equipment
Support shipping IT equipment
Support cabling IT equipment
Support installing IT equipment
Support replacing IT equipment
Support maintaining IT equipment
Support escorting vendors
Support determining system electrical power requirements
Support determining rack level electrical power requirements
Support hardware placement
Support installation activities
Support move activities
Support replacement activities
Support removal activities
Create documentation for IT hardware
Create documentation for infrastructure systems
Inventory documentation for IT hardware
Inventory documentation for infrastructure systems
Maintain documentation for IT hardware
Maintain documentation for infrastructure systems
Monitor appearance standards
Ensure adherence to safety standards
Participates in Agile project management
Participates in DevSecOps culture
Coordinate with engineers
Replace IT components in systems
