Northern Trust Asset Management (“NTAM”) is seeking a Database and Content Specialist to join our global RFP team. The role may be physically based in Chicago, Illinois or London, UK, with close collaboration across our global RFP team. As such, we are looking for a candidate with a strong global mindset, comfortable working across regions, time zones, and cultures. The RFP teams sit within the Global Institutional Client Group (GICG) and are responsible for the timely and high‑quality completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and ad hoc requests from distribution partners. The team also maintains third‑party consultant databases that house detailed information on our investment products. The successful candidate will partner closely with our Consultant Database Specialist, supporting platforms such as eVestment and Omni Complete, and will work alongside our Content Specialist, providing support through Qvidian.
