Meanwhile, we actively promote the development of esports industry, work with global partners to build an open, collaborative and symbiotic industrial ecology, and create high-quality digital life experiences for players. # **_What the Role Entails_** * Planning, developing and delivering production database platforms on cloud. * Provides production databases on cloud 24X7 running technical support and services. * Troubleshoot and resolve databases issues. * Databases on cloud optimization and performance tuning. * Databases on cloud fully high availability implementation. * Working with Company R&D to keep the database in latest patching and version. # **_Who We Look For_** * Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, Information system or related fields * Knowledge of database theory and database system architecture. * Strong in one or more coding languages, such as PHP, Shell, Python, Java etc. * Knowledge of Cloud computing. * High interesting on database technology. * Interesting on solving RDMS and NoSQL problem in a DBaaS environments. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Experience in MySQL, Redis, MongoDB on cloud will be a plus. * Experience in application development base on databases will be plus. # _**Equal Employment Opportunity at Tencent**_ As an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
