This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data-related problems, working through a high volume of technical tickets, and digging into SQL to identify root causes and implement solutions. This is not a traditional DBA position. Instead, we're looking for someone with strong SQL skills who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, reporting, data fixes, and supporting business-critical applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, learning complex business logic, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Instead of the typical job description, here's a breakdown of the tasks and qualities we're looking for in our next team member: Primary Responsibilities Investigate and resolve application and data-related support tickets. Write, test, and execute SQL scripts to perform data updates, corrections, and maintenance activities. Troubleshoot production and UAT issues by analyzing data, stored procedures, and application behavior. Identify root causes of system issues and work with development teams to implement solutions. Support reporting and operational data requests across multiple business functions. Modify and maintain existing stored procedures, queries, and database processes. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system workflows and business rules. Participate in ongoing application
