ES is currently seeking a powerhouse Database Administrator to join our fast-paced Information Systems Team. In this role, you won’t just be managing databases; you’ll be the ultimate guardian of our data’s performance, security, availability, and governance, while directly fueling the insights that drive our business forward. This position is vital for ensuring the security, reliability, and high availability of our database environments. Working cross-functionally with Development, QA, and Operations, you will implement operational best practices, streamline deployment pipelines, and maintain proactive monitoring across all environments. In addition, in this role, you will lead data analysis efforts to deliver trusted, actionable insights across the organization. By developing and maintaining sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports, you will directly support strategic decision-making within our engineering, operations, and business teams.
