Install and configure the production system locally in advance of shipment to customer site
Train and support Developers and Local Service Providers (LSPs)
Define database migration strategy and design replication topology and methodology
Develop migration procedures/scripts and perform the migration
Monitor database performance
and optimize database performance
Ensure database security by implementing access controls
and other security measures
Develop and implement backup and recovery plans to protect data integrity
Provide support for database-related issues
including troubleshooting and resolving problems
Create and maintain documentation for database configurations
