We are seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to support and enhance our SQL Server and AWS database environments, ensuring high performance, availability, scalability, and security across both production and non-production systems.This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for professionals who enjoy managing large-scale databases, solving complex data challenges, modernizing legacy systems, and collaborating with Engineering, DevOps, and Analytics teams to ensure smooth and efficient data operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administration of SQL Server 2019+ environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, scalability, and security. Design and maintain scalable cloud architectures on AWS, including MySQL RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. Perform core DBA activities such as: Database backups and restores Environment refreshes Data de-identification Always On Availability Groups Index and statistics maintenance Disk space management Proactively monitor and optimize database performance through: Query analysis Indexing strategies Execution
