Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Database Administrator to join our team and support our client in San Antonio, TX. What you’ll do: Manage and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance and reliability across platforms such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB Design robust schemas, tune queries, and implement best practices for data storage and retrieval Modernize and consolidate complex data architectures Lead initiatives to migrate data models and streamline storage solutions Safeguard the integrity and security of data platforms by implementing advanced security protocols, including Kerberos authentication, TLS encryption, and role-based access controls Establish comprehensive backup and disaster recovery strategies, as well as ensure observability and operational excellence across all database systems Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize systems for maximum uptime and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with organizational objectives and technical requirements What you’ll need: 3 years of experience working with distributed data systems and large-scale storage technologies Experie
