What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in similar roles working with Data Validation & Qualification, end-to-end value chain understanding, experience in data analysis and statistics, including data cleaning, validation, visualization, Engineering educational background with knowledge about Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent technical field, Solid know-how about injection moulding and plastics, experience with SPC, Cp/Cpk, control charts, and capability analysis, Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent experience, Proven experience using visualization tools similar to Volume Graphics and PiWeb to analyze and communicate data insights, Experience working with SAP or similar systems, skills in communicating complex validation results and data-driven insights in a structured way to a wide range of stakeholders, Proficiency in English both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Experience with automated reporting and dashboards (Microsoft Power Bi, Tableau or similar tools), measurement systems analysis (MSA/GR&R), specification setting, tolerance analysis, Experience working with digitalization or data transformation projects

You will play a central role in validating, analyzing, and communicating data across development and manufacturing to enable world-class product performance. No relocation assistance is offered for this position. # **Core Responsibilities** In this new position, you will support our data-driven journey by strengthening statistical practices, improving data quality, and building capabilities. You will ensure that specifications, approvals, and process controls are based on solid analysis, enabling more stable processes, faster development, and higher product quality. You will play a key role in the data for our newly launched, [LEGO SMART Play System](http://www.lego.com/en-dk/smart-play), ensuring its accuracy and reliability through validation and analysing, while clearly communicating insights and training stakeholders across the organization.
