troubleshoot transport failures and performance bottlenecks
TS/SCI clearance must be eligible to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly within 6 months of hire, U. S. citizenship required, Government program environment, Hybrid schedule with on-site support expected (3-5 days), Position contingent upon contract award
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, 5+ years of experience building data transport or messaging systems, Experience with distributed systems and networked services, Familiarity with secure data transfer patterns and protocols, Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines, Experience validating data integrity and pipeline integrity, Experience operating systems in regulated or secure environments, TS/SCI clearance must be eligible to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly within 6 months of hire, U. S. citizenship required
Nice to Have
Experience with messaging or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.), Familiarity with CDS-enabled transport workflows, Experience deploying transport services on Kubernetes, Exposure to data integrity and auditing requirements, Experience supporting DoD or federal systems
What You'll Do.
Build ETL pipelines to support bulk and streaming data from source to Data Lake
and reliability of data transfers
Support low-to-high and high-to-low data transport mechanisms
Integrate transport pipelines with ingestion and CDS workflows
and alerting for transport services
Troubleshoot transport failures and performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with platform and security teams to ensure compliance
