5 years experience in similar role, Evidence of experience working within a role handling sensitive data, Experienced working in a small dynamic team, Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Ability to use multiple systems for data management, Proficiency in implementing and managing Electronic Document Management Systems, Ability to digitize and transfer historical hard-copy records into secure digital systems, Knowledge of data lifecycle management, retention policies, and legal compliance frameworks, Good Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations, Ability to configure digital platforms to meet Anglo American end user requirements, Knowledge of trends in digital health, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and automation, Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello for managing implementation projects, Skilled in using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools

What You'll Do.
Development and implementation of the strategy to deliver a fit for purpose records keeping platform
Transfer historic hard copy medical records to a modern digitized system
Ensuring retention and storage of digital documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements
Implement secure systems for managing sensitive health and wellness data
Transfer back dated hard copy records to the digitized system
Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital audit strategy in relation to medical and health data
Conduct regular audits of digital health programs to guarantee consistency and adherence to standards
Ensure compliance data protection regulations
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements for digital platforms
Align Crop Nutrients health processes with Anglo American requirements through digital compliance systems
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial
Make a positive contribution to Anglo American Woodsmith Occupational Health Department
Stakeholder engagement with external and internal partners
