Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience, 5 to 7 years of development experience, with a focus on data integration (ETL) or database management, Advanced proficiency in SQL (stored procedures, query optimization, complex data analysis), knowledge of C# and the. NET environment, Deep understanding of relational database structures, Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written

Supported by a large community of medical experts and focused on clinical success and patient safety, MEDFAR was the first company to certify a cloud-based Electronic Medical Record in Canada: MYLE (Make Your Life Easy). Committed to promoting excellence and effectiveness in healthcare worldwide, MEDFAR differentiates itself by offering a unique healthcare management solution for clinics, which replaces inefficient processes with a faster and safer technological alternative. As a Data Transfer Team Lead, you will play a key role in the onboarding experience of our new clients. You will lead the technical team responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) clinical and administrative data from third-party systems into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), MYLE. Reporting to the Director of Deployment, you will act both as a technical reference and as a people manager. Your mandate is multifaceted: contributing to critical data migration projects, ensuring the quality and integrity of transferred data, and supporting the performance and professional development of your development team. Your leadership will directly contribute to successful deployments and client satisfaction.
