It is a hands-on leadership role accountable for delivery outcomes at global scale. **Key Responsibilities** **Execution Leadership & Delivery Discipline** • Own and drive end-to-end global transfer clearance execution across privacy, bank secrecy, data localization, outsourcing, and related regulatory domains • Deliver against a 15-business-day operating model, managing the full lifecycle from intake through approval and audit readiness • Actively manage throughput, backlog, and cycle time—removing bottlenecks and ensuring predictable delivery • Lead across a highly matrixed global environment, aligning Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk stakeholders • Build high-performing teams and embed a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence • Establish strong execution visibility through metrics (SLA adherence, cycle time, throughput, backlog) to drive continuous improvement **Transformation, Simplification & Scale** • Lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes, standardize workflows, and improve operating efficiency • Eliminate fragmentation and manual intervention, building scalable, globally consistent execution m
