Must Have
10+ years of experience in data engineering, data migration, or enterprise data architecture within complex global environments, Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud data platforms, and advanced ETL/ELT patterns, with the ability to architect scalable data warehouses and data lakes, understanding of enterprise system interoperability, including platforms such as Veeva, SAP, ServiceNow, and related ecosystems, Proven experience leading high-impact data migration or transformation projects with focus on governance, security, and operational resilience, Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions across cross-functional stakeholders, communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership on data strategy and execution
Nice to Have
Experience with event-driven architectures, streaming technologies, or AI-enabled data capabilities is considered an advantage
