Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products. We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. We are looking for an experienced Data Support Team Lead to manage and develop a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and reliability of data across our casino operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise (especially in SQL) with leadership responsibilities, supporting business-critical systems and data workflows. ✅ Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Support Specialists. Act as the main point of contact for data-related incidents, requests, and escalations. Ensure high data quality and integrity across gaming, player, and financial datasets. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting. Monitor data pipelines and resolve data discrepancies or failures. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Product, and Operations teams. Implement and improve data support processes, SLAs, and documentation. Analyze recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in on-call rotation if required. ✅ Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data support / data operations / analytics. 1+ year of experience in a leadership or team lead role. Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) – ability to write complex queries, joins, window functions, and optimize performance. Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server). Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
