What You'll Do.

provide guidance and development support
provide critical business/technical analysis
support discussion and development of customer data transactions
support discussion and development of online ordering solutions
support discussion and development of digital product opportunities
Provide guidance on CX development tools
resolve customer variable data issues
prepare project plans
coordinate activities with customer
coordinate activities with internal teams
establish data transfer
deploy online ordering solutions
manage to project milestones
ensure dates and quality are met
Prepare Statement of Work
host functional and data requirements
solicit feedback from customers
Participate in knowledge sharing
refinement/development of internal processes
refinement/development of internal systems
Development & Ops teams
ensure all requirements are understood
ensure all requirements are fulfilled
Drive and manage implementation of projects
Manage all details related to a project
ensure the success of a project
Deliver project metrics reporting
