What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in data analysis, system integration or B2B customer service, High level of PC skills, Fluent in English, Willingness to be flexible towards working hours, occasional off-site travel
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the retail, apparel or label industries, PMP or Prince2 project management certificate, Basic understanding of IT programming
What You'll Do.
Manage customers’ variable data for printed labeling
Integrate data from customer IT systems into Avery Dennison software
Map and integrate customer data into Avery Dennison system/software
Provide guidance and development support to customers
Analyze existing business data systems
Function as a primary point of contact for retailers and brand owners
Provide business/technical analysis for development needs
Develop knowledge to support discussion and development of customer data transactions
Provide guidance on CX development tools
Investigate and resolve customer variable data issues
Prepare project plans and critical paths
Coordinate activities with customer and internal teams
Establish data transfer and/or deploy online ordering solutions
Manage to project milestones
Prepare Statement of Work
Solicit feedback from customers
Participate in knowledge sharing
Refine internal processes and systems
Development & Ops teams
Drive and manage project implementation
Manage all project details
Deliver project metrics reporting
Develop and maintain knowledge of variable data
Support and guide customers on labeling and digital platforms
Ensure functional and data requirements needs are met
Perform end to end testing
Provide direction to Customers and Sales
Optimize customer’s global trim supply
Attend customer meetings
Maintain and create global or customer specific data models
Provide detailed requirements to development team
Test and approve final output
Enable reusability of data models
Provide training to Operations teams
Enable effective roll out and ongoing troubleshooting
Provide coaching and support to other team members
Support or take lead on strategic accounts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with all global stakeholders; Coordinate activities with the customer as well as Avery Dennison internal teams; Collaborate with the VDS team; Collaborate with Operations teams; Provide coaching and support to other team members
Communication Scope
Highly effective oral and written communication and presentation skills; presentation skills with both internal and external customers
Process & Methodology
