What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum three 3 years of experience in security engineering, with hands-on involvement in the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 E5 Security & Compliance features, Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security technologies, Experience in data classification, data loss prevention, insider risk management, and regulatory compliance controls using M365, Understanding of identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, and role-based access control (RBAC), Familiarity with cloud-native security operations, Microsoft Secure Score, and M365 service health/performance monitoring, Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of interacting with both technical and business stakeholders, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset, verbal and writing skills in English and Greek
