Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related scientific discipline, 6-10 years of experience in a data and analytics role, Direct development experience, Experience working with large datasets, Experience with data visualization tools, Experience with statistical software packages and platforms, R, Python, Advanced SQL, Domino, AWS, GitHub, dbt, Tableau, Proficiency in Python, Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, LLM and agentic AI solutions, Modern GenAI/MLOps tooling, Analytical thinking, Problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

PhD candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience, Experience with PyTorch, Experience with TensorFlow, Experience with HuggingFace, Prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, MLflow, Feature stores, Vector databases, Model evaluation/monitoring, Development of integration of generative AI or large-scale automation tools, Experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare, Experience with major GPS applications (SAP, Oracle, LIMS, Infinity, MES), Experience with biotech product development, Experience with manufacturing operations, Experience with supply chain, Experience with quality control, Experience in the biopharma industry
