Must Have
Expert-level Python (pandas, scikit-learn), advanced SQL for complex feature engineering, ML knowledge (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Time-series), Expertise in Churn and Propensity modeling is essential, Proven Data Science experience within a retail, B2C subscription or utilities environment

What You'll Do.
Develop the "brain" of our customer interactions through Next Best Action (NBA)
Customer Segmentation
and Churn Propensity models
Own xLTV and ROI modelling to guide profitable decision-making
Design and deploy robust ML models to solve business challenges
specifically Churn Propensity and Next Best Action (NBA) engines
Develop advanced Customer Segmentation using clustering techniques to tailor services and communications
Own xLTV and ROI logic
modeling long-term customer value to optimize acquisition and retention spend
Design and analyse A tests to validate model effectiveness and measure commercial uplift
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
working closely with product and engineering teams to operationalise these insights; Collaborate with Data Engineers to productionise scalable models; Translate complex statistical outputs into actionable insights for Marketing, Product, Commercial and Ops stakeholders
Communication Scope
data storytelling skills to explain "black box" models to business leaders
