What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or STEM, ML/AI experience (Classical ML: KNN, SVM, Random Forest/GBMs etc.), Deep learning: CNNs/RNNs/GRU, autoencoders, Backprop/Autodiff, Time-series and signal processing experience with noisy/high-dimensional data (state‑space/Kalman, spectral methods, autoregressive model, change point control), Python and SQL experience, communication skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
Chemicaliochemical Engineering a plus, Experience with pharma, biotech, or chemical manufacturing datasets, Familiarity with workflow automation/orchestration tools (Airflow, n8n), cloud deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker)
What You'll Do.
Build and deploy AI/ML models for forecasting
and process optimization
packaged and clean Python code
Unit/integration CI/CD (GitHub Actions/SonarQube) to Databricks jobs or containerized observability (logging/metrics/traces) and model monitoring and re-training
Work with manufacturing and laboratory datasets and handle continuous data through applying time-series analysis and signal processing
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
