Must Have
knowledge of optimisation and machine learning techniques, experience applying them to real-world problems that drive measurable impact, understand how simulation can be used to inform decision-making and improve outcomes, highly proficient in Python, working knowledge of SQL, working knowledge of PySpark for handling and transforming data at scale, experience writing production-ready code, deploying data science products, experience working with customer data, understand how data can drive customer outcomes
Nice to Have
interest in GenAI and agentic AI, some experience working with platforms such as Databricks or AWS within an MLOps context, experience within a subscription or e-commerce environment
