Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, Demonstrable hands-on experience in data science roles with focus on marketing analytics or econometrics, proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and modelling, Deep understanding of econometric and statistical modelling methodologies, Experience with developing marketing mix modelling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution solutions to guide budget allocation decisions, Experience with optimization frameworks for marketing performance and budget allocation, Hands-on experience working with Google Analytics data and other marketing platforms, Experience with marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, and causal inference methods, Familiarity with marketing data sources and platforms (Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms, etc. ), knowledge of experimental design and statistical modelling techniques including regression analysis and time series analysis, Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple marketing vendors and sources, Understanding of marketing concepts including customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and ROAS, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, communication skills with ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
