And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there. **Data Science Senior Analyst** ** _Position Overview_** The Evernorth Innovation Hub (HIH) is seeking a Data Science Senior Analyst to contribute to the development of AI/ML and GenAI solutions supporting specialty pharmacy operations. This role focuses on hands-on execution across data preparation, model development, and supporting components of modern AI systems. The role is suited for individuals who are comfortable working with data and models and are building depth in applying newer techniques such as LLMs and retrieval-based systems. **_Key Responsibilities_** * Develop and validate machine learning models for structured data use cases Perform data extraction, transformation, and exploratory analysis using Python and SQL * Contribute to development of LLM-based features, including prompt construction and response evaluation * Support implementation of RAG pipelines, including document preparation and embedding workflows * Assist in integrating models and AI components into production systems via APIs * Execute experiments, track performance metrics, and document findings * Collaborate with senior team members to improve solution quality and reliability * Follow best practices for data handling, model development, and documentation ** _Qualifications_** **Required Skills** * Proficiency in Python and SQL * Un
