What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in sports betting, fantasy, or related gaming industries, technical foundation in data science, statistics, or software engineering, Demonstrated management experience, Proficiency in SQL, Proficiency in Python, experience with simulation-based modeling, experience with statistical optimization techniques, Deep understanding of how sports and/or esports markets are structured and modeled, Proven track record of driving complex projects from ideation through launch in a fast-paced environment, Strong communicator, authorized to work for any employer in the U. S.
Nice to Have
exposure to pricing, trading, or risk management, experience with ML frameworks, experience with cloud data stacks, experience with BI platforms, experience with data modelling skills
What You'll Do.
Own pricing and risk strategy for our fantasy markets
Lead and grow a high-performing team of pricing analysts and data scientists
Oversee development and deployment of pricing models across major sports and esports
Guide experimentation around payout structures
and win rate optimization
Maintain and evolve frameworks for pricing accuracy
risk exposure monitoring
Ensure data integrity and modeling quality across all pricing efforts
